Twin Hector made the first legal move, filing a lawsuit in 2024 alleging that Chyna — born Angela Renée White — repeatedly assaulted him during the course of their relationship. But last week, Chyna’s legal team struck back with a cross-complaint, painting a starkly different picture of what allegedly unfolded behind closed doors.
According to Chyna’s filing, the one incident in which she made physical contact with Hector — the same incident at the center of his lawsuit, in which Hector’s eye reportedly swelled — was not unprovoked aggression, but rather an act of survival.
Chyna alleges that Hector struck her first, delivering blows to both her upper and lower body, and that she responded only to protect herself from further harm.
Her attorneys were unequivocal in their defense. Any contact Hector sustained during the altercation, they argue, was “a direct, necessary, and proportionate act of self-defense performed solely to prevent further injury to herself.”
Chyna’s cross-complaint doesn’t stop at self-defense, however. She alleges that physical abuse at Hector’s hands was not a single isolated event — but a pattern that persisted throughout their relationship.
Beyond the assault allegations, Chyna is pursuing Hector on a separate but equally serious front — a claimed breach of a Non-Disclosure Agreement that she says he has violated repeatedly and publicly through his music.
Chyna’s legal team alleges that Hector has referenced her in multiple songs released over recent years, in direct violation of the confidentiality agreement the two entered into.
The most striking example cited in the filing involves a lyric referencing a woman who wears a size 39 shoe— a very specific detail that Chyna says points directly and unmistakably to her, as that is her exact shoe size.
When confronted about the lyric, Hector allegedly told Chyna via text message that the line could be about *anyone* — a response her team appears to view as dismissive and legally insufficient given the circumstances.
For the NDA violations alone, Chyna is seeking no less than $20 million in damages.
This legal confrontation marks the latest chapter in a string of high-profile legal battles for Chyna, who has previously pursued litigation against the Kardashian-Jenner family.
Her willingness to meet Hector’s lawsuit with an aggressive cross-complaint signals that she and her legal team have no intention of allowing his narrative to go unchallenged in court.
The cross-complaint effectively transforms what began as Hector’s abuse case into a two-front legal war — one over physical violence, the other over intellectual privacy and contractual breach.
This outlet reached out to Twin Hector’s attorney for comment. As of the time of publication, no response had been received.
