Nigerian Grammy Award-winning artist Damini Ogulu, globally known as Burna Boy, gave singer Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable, a cash gift of 20 million naira following his victory in a celebrity boxing match against Darlington Okoye, also known as Speed Darlington

Portable confirmed the generous gift via an Instagram post on Saturday. He posted:” ₦20 million from Burna Boy. If you want to be like Odogwu, can you do like Odogwu? God bless your family.”

Portable has been celebrating his win over rival Darlington Okoye, a.k.a. Speed Darlington, who blamed his defeat in Saturday’s celebrity boxing clash on Portable’s alleged use of “juju” (charms).

Portable had earlier celebrated his win over Speed Darlington on Instagram. where he wrote, “Champion forever. I believe in those who believe in me. Na God dey run am. Orilomo.” Later that day, he shared another celebratory message on his Instagram story, writing, “Joyful my body, money don land.”

Back in 2024, Speed Darlington had accused Burna Boy of allegedly having an inappropriate connection with American rapper Diddy to secure his Grammy win.

Following that, Speed Darlington was arrested over allegations of defamation and cyberstalking against Burna Boy
