President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has revealed that his recent meeting with Anambra State Governor, Prof. Charles Chukwuma Soludo, at the Presidential Villa in Abuja, centred on enhancing democracy, strengthening security, and driving economic reforms.
In a statement shared on his official X handle on Wednesday, Tinubu referred to Soludo as “a friend of over two decades,” highlighting their shared vision for progressive governance.
“We discussed the bold reforms underway, the need to stay the course, and the importance of tackling insecurity through both decisive action and inclusive opportunities for our teeming youth,” Tinubu said.
He reaffirmed his administration’s readiness to collaborate with all states committed to human, social, and economic development, adding, “Nigeria’s progress is strongest when we work together.”
Tinubu further pledged to maintain efforts toward sustainable and inclusive growth, stating, “We will continue to take a bet on our dear country, Nigeria, to ensure sustainable and shared prosperity for the future.”
