Headies Awards 2024: Odumodu Blvck Leads Nominations as Mohbad Earns Posthumous Recognition

The highly anticipated nominations for the 17th edition of The Headies, Nigeria’s most prestigious music awards, were unveiled on Wednesday. Odumodu Blvck secured the most nominations, earning five spots, while Ayra Starr and Shallipopi followed closely with three each. 

The late Mohbad also received three posthumous nominations. Other nominees include top artists like Wizkid, Tiwa Savage, and Chike. Categories featured in this year’s list include Best Collaboration, Songwriter of the Year, Rookie of the Year, and more.
