Although widely recognized for her political career, Kennedy-Ohanenye has a background in film production, with credits including Mama Onboard, The Senator, The Governor, and The President. Her transition back into the entertainment industry underscores her passion for storytelling and creativity beyond politics.
Kennedy-Ohanenye previously served as Minister of Women Affairs from August 2023 until her dismissal in October 2024 during President Bola Tinubu’s cabinet reshuffle. Before her ministerial role, she made history as the first female presidential aspirant under the All Progressives Congress (APC) in 2023 before stepping down in support of Tinubu.
