Through her efforts, Tinubu noted, access to quality healthcare has expanded, especially for underserved communities that have historically been marginalized in healthcare systems.
The statement highlighted Dr. Elumelu’s broad impact in healthcare advocacy, referencing her role in 2018 as Africa’s Private Sector Champion for Immunisation under the Gavi Vaccine Alliance.
