The Kano State House of Assembly has started impeachment proceedings against the Deputy Governor of Kano State, Aminu Abdulsalam Gwarzo.
A total of 38 members of the Kano State House of Assembly supported and endorsed a motion to begin the impeachment process against the deputy governor.
The lawmakers took the action after accusing Gwarzo of gross misconduct, misuse of authority, and violation of public trust.
