Speaking at a one-day seminar for junior and middle-level officers at the 8 Division Headquarters, Sokoto, on Thursday, Oluyede emphasized the importance of creativity, learning from past experiences, and refining military strategies to address security challenges.
Themed “Enhancing Operational Effectiveness through Nigeria Army Lessons Learned Process/Feedback Mechanism,” the seminar aimed to strengthen the army’s strategic approach by fostering continuous learning and operational improvements.
Represented by the Chief of Transformation and Innovation, Maj. Gen. Olusegun Samson Abai, the COAS commended officers for their dedication to combating insecurity in the Northwest. He stressed the need for both kinetic and non-kinetic military strategies to enhance operational success while minimizing errors and casualties.
