Rivers State Administrator Approves Appointment of 11 New Permanent Secretaries

The Administrator of Rivers State, Retired Vice Admiral Ibok-Ete Ibas, has given his nod to the appointment of eleven individuals as Permanent Secretaries in the state’s civil service, marking a significant administrative move under his leadership.

This development was made public through an official statement issued by the Acting Head of Service, Mrs. Inyingi Brown. In the statement, Mrs. Brown noted that the appointed officials are expected to strengthen the administrative framework of the state with their wealth of experience and service.

While the appointments have been confirmed, the statement clarified that the formal swearing-in ceremony for the new Permanent Secretaries would be scheduled and communicated at a later date.
