Yohanna emphasised that the Church is working closely with security agencies, traditional leaders and government officials to coordinate responses and support rescue efforts. The CAN chairman—who also serves as the Bishop of the Kontagora Diocese—encouraged the public to continue praying for the safe and swift release of all those taken away. He reaffirmed the association’s dedication to safeguarding children and stressed that updates would be communicated once credible information is verified.
