Nigeria’s Flying Eagles have been placed in a challenging Group B for the 2025 Africa U-20 Cup of Nations, where they will face Egypt, Morocco, and South Africa. The seven-time championspreviously defeated Egypt 1-0 in the last edition and are set to play a double-header friendly against them this month.
Host nation Côte d’Ivoire will compete in Group A alongside DR Congo, Ghana, Tanzania, and a yet-to-be-confirmed Central Africa representative.
Reigning champions Senegal lead Group C, which includes Zambia, Kenya, and Sierra Leone. The tournament is scheduled to take place in Côte d’Ivoire from April 26 to May 18, 2025.
