Offset Swears Off Marriage Forever, Calls It One of His Worst Experiences

In a revealing interview on the “Full Send” podcast, rapper Offset made headlines with his stark declaration that marriage is behind him for good, describing his experience as one of his “all-time worst” and urging other men to steer clear of the altar.

The 33-year-old Migos member, who shares a tumultuous relationship history with fellow rapper Cardi B, didn’t mince words when discussing his views on matrimony. “I’m done with the whole marriage thing,” Offset stated during the podcast appearance, explaining that having already been married to Cardi B and raising three children, he considers that chapter of his life definitively closed.

The Grammy-nominated artist went further, offering unsolicited advice to podcast host Kyle Forgeard, who had previously expressed interest in settling down. Offset warned the host against marriage unless he was prepared for a complete lifestyle overhaul, suggesting the commitment would “flip his whole life upside down.”

The conversation took an interesting turn when Forgeard shared his own reservations about serious relationships, citing concerns about how a girlfriend might interfere with his podcast’s format, which frequently features female guests. The host expressed worry that a committed partner would constantly question these professional interactions, creating what he termed “a headache he’d rather skip.”

Offset’s perspective appears to have resonated with his host, as Forgeard ultimately agreed that while women “can rock with them for a while,” romantic relationships eventually become distractions from pursuing personal and professional goals—at least during crucial career-building phases.

The timing of these comments is particularly notable given the ongoing tensions between Offset and Cardi B following their latest separation. The former couple, who have had a notoriously on-and-off relationship punctuated by public disputes and reconciliations, have been “at each other’s throats” since Cardi’s most recent filing for divorce, according to sources close to the situation.

However, industry observers suggest Offset’s current stance may be premature. Given the rapper’s history of passionate relationships and the cyclical nature of his romance with Cardi B, some speculate that his anti-marriage sentiment could shift if the right person enters his life.

“Maybe he’s cashing out on love a little too early,” noted one entertainment insider. “There’s always the possibility that someone could come along and completely change his perspective with those fairytale vibes all over again.”

The podcast appearance marks Offset’s most definitive public statement about his relationship status and future romantic intentions, signaling a potential permanent shift in his approach to love and commitment. Whether this declaration represents a temporary reaction to recent relationship struggles or a genuine long-term philosophy remains to be seen.

As both artists continue to navigate co-parenting responsibilities while maintaining separate careers, fans and media alike will undoubtedly watch for any signs that Offset’s hard-line stance on marriage might soften over time.

WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW

Rapper Offset has publicly sworn off marriage for good, calling it one of his worst experiences and actively warning other men to avoid it. Following his turbulent relationship with Cardi B, the 33-year-old considers his “marriage mission complete” and believes romantic commitments distract from personal goals.
