New Lawsuit Alleges Sean “Diddy” Combs and Son Orchestrated Sexual Assault Scheme

A new civil lawsuit filed against Sean “Diddy” Combs and his son Justin Combs alleges a disturbing pattern of deception and sexual violence that prosecutors say began with social media contact and culminated in a brutal assault at a Beverly Hills residence.

The lawsuit, obtained by TMZ and filed by prominent Texas attorney Tony Buzbee, details allegations from an unnamed woman who claims she was victimized in April 2017 after being promised career opportunities in the entertainment industry.

According to court documents, the incident began when Justin Combs allegedly initiated contact with the plaintiff through Snapchat. The lawsuit states that after an exchange of messages, including the woman sending photographs at Justin’s request, he allegedly offered to fly her to Los Angeles for what was presented as a career-advancing weekend.

The woman, who had expressed interest in working in entertainment, was allegedly told by Justin Combs that the Los Angeles trip would benefit her career prospects, with promises that he would leverage his family’s industry connections to secure her employment.

The lawsuit alleges that upon arriving in Los Angeles, the woman was transported by a driver to a Beverly Hills residence where she expected to spend a brief weekend. However, according to the filing, what was supposed to be a professional opportunity quickly turned sinister.

The plaintiff claims that after being confined to the house for multiple days, she was allegedly given alcohol, marijuana that she believed was laced with other substances, and various pills described as “poppers.” The lawsuit suggests these substances left her in an incapacitated state.

The most serious allegations center on what the lawsuit describes as a “brutal gang rape” involving multiple perpetrators, including Sean Combs himself, whom the plaintiff claims she identified despite the use of masquerade masks. The alleged assault is said to have occurred over an extended period from Saturday evening through Sunday afternoon.

The case is being handled by Tony Buzbee, the Texas-based attorney who has emerged as a central figure in the ongoing legal challenges facing Sean Combs. Buzbee currently represents dozens of individuals who have made similar allegations against the music mogul, though notably, none of his clients have testified in Combs’s ongoing criminal trial in New York.

The lawsuit seeks damages on multiple counts, including sexual assault and battery and gender violence, reflecting the serious nature of the allegations being pursued in civil court.

Representatives for Sean Combs have issued a categorical denial of all allegations. In a statement to TMZ, Combs’ legal team emphasized their client’s innocence, stating, “No matter how many lawsuits are filed, it won’t change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone—man or woman, adult or minor.”

The defense team further noted that while “anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason,” they expressed confidence in the judicial process and their client’s ability to prevail in court proceedings.

This lawsuit represents the latest in a series of civil actions filed against Sean Combs, whose legal troubles have intensified significantly in recent months. The music industry veteran is currently facing criminal charges in New York, though the specific nature of those proceedings remains separate from the civil litigation being pursued by Buzbee and his clients.

The timing of this filing, while Combs deals with his criminal trial, underscores the mounting legal pressure facing the Bad Boy Records founder. The allegations span multiple years and involve numerous accusers, painting a picture of what plaintiffs’ attorneys characterize as systematic misconduct.

As these legal proceedings continue to unfold, they represent a significant moment of reckoning for one of hip-hop’s most influential figures, with potential implications extending far beyond the courtroom to the entertainment industry as a whole.

The case is expected to proceed through the civil court system, where the standard of proof differs from criminal proceedings, potentially offering a different avenue for accusers to seek justice and accountability.

WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW

Sean “Diddy” Combs and his son Justin face serious new allegations in a civil lawsuit claiming they orchestrated a scheme where Justin lured a woman to Los Angeles in 2017 with false promises of entertainment industry work, only to allegedly drug and sexually assault her over multiple days.

This represents the latest in a growing number of lawsuits against Combs, filed by attorney Tony Buzbee, who represents dozens of alleged victims. While Combs’ legal team categorically denies all allegations, the case adds to mounting legal pressure as he simultaneously faces criminal charges in New York.

The lawsuit illustrates a disturbing pattern of alleged exploitation using industry connections and career promises as bait, highlighting ongoing concerns about abuse of power in the entertainment industry.
