The Nigerian social media scene is ablaze with drama as two of TikTok’s biggest stars, Habeeb Hamzat, popularly known as Peller, and Oderhohwo Joseph Efe, better known as Carter Efe, have locked horns in a fiery public spat that has fans buzzing across platforms.
The clash, which unfolded during a now-viral TikTok Live session, saw the content creators trading barbs over their respective romantic relationships, dragging their partners into the spotlight, and sparking a frenzy of reactions on TikTok, Instagram, and X.
The drama kicked off when Peller, a 19-year-old streaming sensation known for his sharp wit and record-breaking live sessions, probed Carter Efe about his relationship with his girlfriend, Emmanuella, who is also the mother of his daughter, Charis.
In a bold move, Peller didn’t hold back, advising Carter that Emmanuella “didn’t seem like the right woman” for him, a comment that instantly set the tone for the heated exchange. “She’s not your type, I swear,” Peller quipped, a jab that struck a nerve with the comedian-turned-musician.
