The Rivers State Assembly has raised serious allegations of gross misconduct against Governor Siminalayi Fubara and his deputy, Ngozi Odu.
In a letter addressed to Speaker Martin Amaewhule, 26 lawmakers accused the governor of reckless and unconstitutional expenditure of public funds, obstruction of the legislative process, and making appointments without the required screening and confirmation by the Assembly.
