Nollywood actress Peggy Ovire has stirred reactions on social media after she shared a post that raised questions about relationships and infidelity.
Peggy Ovire, who is married to actor Frederick Leonard, made the post on her official Instagram page late on Sunday, February 8, 2026.
In the post, she asked her fellow women what they would do if they discovered that the man they were dating was having an affair with a married woman who has children.
The actress explained that in the scenario, the man denied the allegation and claimed that he and the woman were only friends. According to her, the woman believed him and later got married to him.
She added that the woman later found evidence showing that her husband and the other woman were not just friends but had been sleeping together.
Peggy also pointed out that the man, despite his actions, still judges and criticises single women who have relationships with married men.
Sharing her thoughts in a long post, she wrote, “What will you do if you find out that the man you are dating is sleeping with a married woman with kids? You asked him about it, but he totally denies it, saying they are just friends, and you completely believed him. You eventually got married to him. Your husband always hypes the married woman in public, but privately he tells you how local this friend of his is, just to manipulate you so you will not suspect a thing,” she wrote in part.
Although Peggy did not mention anyone in her post, many social media users quickly reacted to it.
